We want you to absolutely love your Clétte pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

Eligible full-price Clétte items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a $10 restocking fee.

Any item purchased at a markdown or sale price is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, including the free first-time customer bralette exchange.

To start a return, email us at info@shopclette.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for your return

Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In resellable condition

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Underwear

For hygiene reasons, all underwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an underwear item with a quality issue, please contact us at info@shopclette.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Underwear from the Breeze Collection is subject to our standard underwear return policy and is final sale.

First-Time Customer Bralette Exchange

Trying a Clétte bralette for the first time? We want you to find your perfect fit.

First-time customers receive one free exchange on full-price bralettes for a different size or color. The exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the bralette must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and be in resellable condition.

Markdown and sale bralettes are final sale and are not eligible for the free bralette exchange.

Bralettes from the Breeze Collection are subject to our standard bralette return and exchange policy.

Loungewear

We want you to feel just as good in your Clétte loungewear as you do in your underwear.

Full-price loungewear may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free of stains, odors, makeup, or other signs of wear, and in resellable condition.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Markdown or sale loungewear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each eligible return.

First-time customer bralette exchanges are free of the restocking fee when the bralette qualifies for the exchange outlined above.

Exchanges

For bralette exchanges, first-time customers are eligible for one free exchange on full-price bralettes as outlined above.
