Shipping policy

Processing
We fulfill every order within 2 to 5 business days. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking number in your inbox.

Free Shipping
Orders over $75 ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. UPS is always paid and is shown at checkout.

Hawaii to Hawaii
Orders within Hawaii arrive in 2 to 5 business days once shipped.

Hawaii to the Mainland
We ship from our warehouse in Honolulu. As of October 2026, USPS sends ground packages between Hawaii and the mainland by boat, so USPS Ground Advantage now takes 10 or more days once shipped. The estimate at checkout may still show the old timing while USPS catches up.

We really appreciate your patience! We’re a small business navigating these USPS changes, and we know waiting is no fun.

Need It Sooner?
Choose UPS at checkout and your order arrives in about 2 business days once shipped.

Holidays and Sale Events
Holidays and big sale events can add extra time to both processing and delivery. Thank you for bearing with us!
